Of the three papers on the list in my state, Tennessee, the print list is Tennessean, Commercial Appeal, News Sentinel. By Web audience, it's News Sentinel, Tennessean and Commercial Appeal. By Alexa rank (and I'm not sure why anyone would use Alexa), it's Tennessean, News Sentinel and Commercial Appeal. Just for fun, I looked at Quantcast ranking (freely available) as well: News Sentinel, Tennessean, Commercial Appeal. Try the same with your target newspapers.
